I am currently writing to lawmakers here in Florida… here’s what I’m thinking:

The following people and/or vehicles absolutely, positively CANNOT drive in the left lane:

1) Folks in hybrid vehicles

2) Pickup trucks with too much crap hanging out of the back.

3) Folks that drive Buicks

4) Folks with Z88.3 bumper stickers

5) Folks that have hair that looks like it got too close to the cotton candy machine
